Abstract

The CCS Extension Unit is experiencing problems in producing; sorting; filing and searching documents. Thus the researchers developed an Online Repository of the CCS Extension Unit. Specifically it aimed to achieve the following objectives: (1) Determine the level of seriousness of the problems encountered; (2) Develop an Online Repository of the CCS Extension Unit; (3) Determine the level of usability of the developed system; and (3.1) Verify the significant difference o the level of usability of the system with respect to the hypothetical value 3.40.

The researchers used descriptive and developmental research to organize data presentation and interpretation. Interview and survey questionnaires were administered to determine the level of seriousness of the problems encountered and the level of the usability of the system.

After the analytical discussions, the following findings were yielded: the problems encountered in the extension unit are serious; Online Repository of CCS Extension Unit was developed using RAD model; and the develop system was rated very highly usable.
